Mark is a seasoned financial services executive and multi-venture entrepreneur with deep expertise across investment management, digital assets, tokenisation and financial structuring. He is a co-founder of OSO Capital Group and serves as the Managing Director of Bitexen South Africa, the newly launched local arm of the internationally licensed Bitexen cryptocurrency exchange operating across Europe, Turkey and the UAE, with a global user base exceeding four million.

With a background spanning regulated investment businesses, FX infrastructure, cross-border crypto rails and alternative asset structuring, Mark brings a rare combination of traditional finance discipline and Web3 product vision. He leads the strategic, regulatory and commercial direction of the AVT ecosystem, ensuring that the project is institution-ready, compliant and deeply aligned with real-world asset value creation.

Jade is an investment professional with a background spanning private equity, venture building and family office asset management. As a Private Equity Investment Manager at Gamiro Investments and co-founder of OSO Capital Group, he has executed transactions across FMCG, property development and high-growth operating businesses. Jade is also the author of Don’t Start… Buy! which distils his philosophy of acquiring and scaling real-world cash-flowing South African companies. He oversees operational execution, investment discipline and commercial structuring within the AVT ecosystem.

Paul is the owner and operator of Arra Vineyards, bringing years of agricultural, viticultural and commercial experience to the project. Having overseen the estate’s production, staffing, cellar operations and brand development, Paul provides operational leadership and ensures that AVT is grounded in the real economics of a functioning winery. His on-the-ground stewardship anchors the project in authenticity and sustainable vineyard management.

Candice is a senior legal specialist and pioneer in digital assets, tokenisation frameworks and financial regulation at SchindlersX. She advises on the structuring, compliance and enforceability of tokenised rights within South African law, with deep experience across partnership agreements, digital rights, on-chain governance and FSCA compliance. Candice ensures that AVT is built on a legally robust foundation aligned with the evolving regulatory landscape.

Sandy is a blockchain engineer and smart contract specialist with an extensive public track record on Ethereum, including audited deployments and advanced cryptographic implementations. His GitHub portfolio includes Merkle-verification systems, ERC-4626 vaults, Q-learning trading systems and multi-asset tokenised vault protocols. Sandy is responsible for designing and auditing AVT’s smart contracts, yield infrastructure and token safety systems.

Ardan is a founder and performance marketing specialist with 20-years’ experience scaling digital brands and user-acquisition engines. His travel startup secured partnerships with Booking.com, Agoda.com and major global travel platforms before he launched a performance-based marketing agency working with top eCommerce brands including Shein, Jumia and AliExpress. Ardan supports AVT’s global marketing strategy, digital funnel optimisation and paid growth execution.
